# Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your BreezeBox. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
## 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
## Eligible for a Full Refund:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item not as described
## How to Request a Return:
1. Email us at support@zeebreeze.com with your order number and a photo of the issue
2. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with instructions
3. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
## Non-Refundable:
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Change of mind (unless item is unused and in original packaging)
## Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), we cover return shipping
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
## Lost or Delayed Orders:
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll investigate and either reship or refund.
